e-close out

How long does it take you to close out a project?  How much paper do you end up with?  When it comes time to retrieve a document, does it take a manual search?  Tired of CDs that require you to go only by file name?

DFS e-Closeout gathers all project documents at any time during a project or at its end and writing them to disk or removable drive.  e-Closeout retains the same folder structure as the project portal and all the associated documents, files and tracking records. 

Build a library of projects that can be brought back on-line at any time.  Or archive in a secure electronic storage system. 

Different versions of e-Closeout disks can be made off the same project information.  For example, a version for the owner of the project may contain all project information, whereas the maintenance staff may be interested only in mechanical drawing, as-builts, coordination drawings, warranty information, etc.
