Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to use ThiinkStudio?
The first consultation is completely free. After that, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your project’s needs – whether that’s a quick layout or a full brand package.
How long does a typical project take?
Most smaller projects take about 3-7 business days. Larger branding or multi-page designs might take longer depending on revisions and scope – but we’ll do our best to provide you an estimated timeline upfront.
What type of design projects do you take on?
Just about anything! From logo design and brand identity to business cards, posters, menus, packaging, signage, digital ads, social media graphics, and more.
Can I have a quote before committing?
Yes! After your free consultation, we’ll send you a no-obligation quote for the design work.
Will I get the source files?
Professionally prepared, print-ready files will be uploaded to your ThiinkHubLite folder, making it easy to reorder or reuse your materials anytime.
Since our service focuses on delivering creative solutions rather than transferring design ownership, source files (like .AI or .PSD) aren’t included by default.
That said, if you need access to those files for any reason, just let us know – we’re happy to have a conversation and explore options that work for you.
Can I use my own logo or artwork in the design?
Definitely. Our designers can work with your existing brand assets or start from scratch, whichever you prefer.
Can I do the consultation virtually or is it in person only?
We offer in-person consultations at our branches or remote meetings via Microsoft Teams.
I don’t really know what I need - can someone help guide me?
Absolutely! You don’t need to have it all figured out – that’s what we’re here for. During your consultation, we’ll chat about your goals and offer creative ideas tailored to your business. Whether you have a rough idea or are starting from scratch, we’ll help shape it into something great.
What if I don’t like the first design?
No problem. We include a set number of revisions in every quote (usually 2–3 rounds), and we work closely with you to get the design just right.
What makes ThinkStudio different from other design services?
ThiinkStudio is your one-stop shop for graphic design and print. Unlike online-only services, you’ll work directly with our talented in-house designers who understand your brand but also how it translates to high-quality print. From concept to finished product, everything stays under one roof – making the process faster, smoother, and more consistent from start to finish.
What’s the best way to send in edits or changes to my design?
To make sure nothing gets missed, we ask that all edit requests be typed out clearly or discussed over a quick call. Handwritten notes or marked-up files can sometimes be hard to read, and we want to ensure your changes are understood and applied accurately.
What file types should I use if I’m sending my own artwork or logos?
For best results, please send files in PDF, EPS, or SVG format. If those aren’t available, high-resolution JPG or PNG files work too. Please make sure JPG or PNG files are sharp and not pixelated, so we can maintain quality in the final design.
